Questions couples ask us
How do we book our date?
Your date is reserved once we receive a 30% advance. 50% is due on or before the day of the event, and the final 20% when your photos and films are ready.
When will we get our photos and films?
Between 21 and 60 days from your last event, depending on the package you choose. The exact timeline is written into your quotation.
What if you're late?
We promise to deliver on time. If your photos and films aren't ready within the promised time, we take 5% off your package amount, deducted from your final payment.
Do you travel outside Bangalore and Hyderabad?
Yes, anywhere your wedding takes us. For events outside Bangalore and Hyderabad, travel and accommodation for our team are arranged by you.
What if our event runs late?
Events running up to 1.5 hours past the booked timings are covered at no extra cost. Longer extensions are charged separately.
Can we have all the unedited photos?
Yes. They're included in our largest package, or can be added to any other. They're copied, organised by event, onto a 2 TB hard drive you provide.
Do you do pre-wedding shoots?
Yes. A relaxed couple shoot before the big day, for 6 or 12 hours. Ask us and we'll add it to your quotation.
Will you post our photos online?
Only with your consent. Some couples love seeing their day on our page, others prefer to keep it private, and both are completely fine.
