Nuptial Diaries
Payment Structure
To lock in your special dates, we require a 30% advance payment upfront. An additional 50% can be settled either on the day of your big event or within a week afterward. The final 20% will be due when we hand over all your beautifully edited soft copies.
Travel & Accommodation
For events outside Bengaluru and Hyderabad, clients will handle travel and accommodation expenses
PROJECT CANCELLATION
If the project is canceled after the advance payment and reserving the team, the payment is non-refundable since the dates are set aside just for you, blocking other bookings for that time.
CHANGE OF PLANS
Any changes in plans or event postponments will be accomadated with the best availabe team for reschduled dates
SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE
We may share your photos and videos on social media to showcase our work and give future clients a peek into our style and quality.
FOOD & DINING COVERAGE
Food and Dining area will be covered by the traditional team only if sufficient time allows after the main event, to ensure guests feel comfortable without constant observation and recording
DRONE COVERAGE
If Drone services are included in the package, they will be primarily be used for capturing the decor and are subject to Governament permission
DATA SAFETY
In the rarest probability of any data loss, we are liable to shoot another event for free.
RE-EDITS
For each deliverable, you may request upto two revisions, provided all changes are submitted at once within 15 days of delivery. Additional re-edits will incur extra charges.
SECURITY FOR LOSS
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to the crew for any liability, damage or loss, related to technological failure, including data loss.
CLOUD EXPIRY
All photos & videos shared via cloud storage will expire 6 months after the date of delivery
DATA RESPONSIBILITY
Once your data is delivered through HDDs, we’ll not own any of your information and will not be responsible for the data. You’ll be the sole owner of your data.
PROJECT CLOSURE
Once all the photos and videos have been delivered, the project will be considered complete and we will be unable to accomadate any additional
